Our Story
Anu became a member of a kickboxing gym in 2014 and it truly transformed her life. The physical transformation (unlocking her inner potential), the community and the camaraderie that came with it and being surrounded by like-minded people were instrumental to a new life path. She ran her first half-marathon in 2016 and it just felt like the sky was the limit. Fully convinced others needed to experience what she had, she founded Insane Fitness (different name at the time) in 2018. This company survived the pandemic and has been surging forward ever since.

We help people transform; regain confidence and improve their overall performance by empowering them with the tools to build sustainable habits through workouts, nutrition, community, a whole lotta love and accountability.
Vision
Our vision is to build a network of 50 fitness gyms within the next decade, where passion, discipline, and community come together to empower people to unlock their full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Give a Shit: We CARE! Everything that we do is bigger than us. We don’t show up to work everyday JUST for ourselves – we show up to make our team more impactful, our clients stronger, and to chase our potential.
Accountable: We hold ourselves and our clients highly accountable to their goals because we know that true growth doesn’t happen by accident. Extreme accountability yields extraordinary results.
Transparent: We have big goals and so do our clients. Our team has full transparency into the priorities of our clients, teams, and organization in order to prioritize the work we do to get us all closer to our goals.
Results: Results matter. Our clients hire us to get them results. Every program and all the services we render are geared towards that.
Improve: Improvement is key in all our processes, daily operation and is the basis for results. Improvement is woven into our DNA.
Coachable: In order for growth to happen, we have to be open to it. Being coachable is the fertile soil that allows for unlimited growth and is a trait we look for and nurture in our clients and team members.
